Many products on the market contain high amounts of sodium which can trigger high blood pressure, stroke and heart disease.  The hidden sugars, hormones and chemicals in certain foods can also be linked to diabetes, certain cancers, allergies and other disorders.  This is why is important to make mindful choices.
